La ineficiencia e ineficacia en la resoluci\u00f3n de estas situaciones produce efectos adversos en la confianza de nuestro cliente, generando inseguridad, sensaci\u00f3n de falta de control e insatisfacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Podemos dividir el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n de incidencias en dos etapas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>1.- Descripci\u00f3n de la incidencia, somera y precisa.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pongamos un ejemplo simple de elementos descriptivos si bien ser\u00e1 el propio proyecto el que determine si es preciso un mayor o menor detalle. Asigne un n\u00famero \u00fanico y recoja datos de ubicaci\u00f3n y\/o localizaci\u00f3n. Puede ser interesante establecer una tipolog\u00eda y codificaci\u00f3n de incidencias para facilitar su an\u00e1lisis cualitativo y cuantitativo posterior. Trate de hacer una valoraci\u00f3n para priorizar su gesti\u00f3n (leve, grave, muy grave).
